If there are any missing items, significant defects, or incorrect products upon receiving the package, please contact us within 36 hours of receiving the package.


退货与退款政策 / Return and Refund Policy:

发错货物、无法正常使用或超过3cm的瑕疵可申请退货/退款。

Products can be returned/refunded for wrong deliveries, inability to use, or over 3 cm defects.


不予退货/退款 / No Return/Refund:

使用过的商品不予退货/退款,如开封后发现问题可提供退货。

Used products cannot be returned/refunded, but returns are accepted if a problem is detected after unsealing.

收到退货并确认商品未使用后开始退款,退款将在14个工作日内通过指定途径完成。
