订单与付款 / Orders and Payment:
韩国代购 / Korean Products
顾客需在下单后的2小时内完成付款，否则订单自动取消。
Customers must complete payment within 2 hours of placing the order, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.
中国团购 / China Products
顾客需在截单前完成付款，截单时间根据公布的时间确定，超时未付款订单取消。
Customers must complete payment before the deadline, as per the announced time. Orders not paid on time will be cancelled.
不接受口头预定/预留，未付款视为订单未完成。
No verbal reservations are accepted; orders unpaid will be considered incomplete.
订单与付款状态 / Order and Payment Status
付款后显示“UNPAID”的状态是因为需要经过我们后台核实确定款项入账。一般在1-2小时内会显示“PAID”，这就代表已经下单成功了。
If your payment status shows "UNPAID" after making a payment, it is because our system needs to verify and confirm the payment. It typically takes 1-2 hours for the status to update to "PAID," indicating that your order has been successfully placed.
订单详情和确认订单的电子邮件也会发送给您，请检查确认详情是否有任何问题。订单一旦确认，一律不能更改。
Order details and a confirmation email will also be sent to you. Please check to ensure there are no issues with the order details. Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed.
付款方式 / Payment Methods
接受的付款方式包括 QR /银行转账/卡

下单注意事项 / Ordering Notices:
运输损坏 / Transport Damage: 运输过程中可能导致外包装损坏（如纸盒凹陷），只要不影响商品正常使用和小于3cm的瑕疵，不予退款/退货。
Transport may cause external packaging damage (e.g., paper box dents); refunds/exchanges are not provided for damage under 3 cm not affecting product use.
品牌包装变更 / Brand Packaging Changes:
部分代购商品可能由品牌方更改包装，只要商品完好无损且能正常使用，不接受退款/退货要求。
Certain items may have packaging changed by the brand; full-functioning, undamaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.
缺货处理 / Out-of-Stock Handling:
顾客需等待货物抵达并进行点货后确认是否有缺货。本店将通过IG/EMAIL通知顾客。顾客可选择退款或者更改为等价商品。
Customers are required to verify inventory after goods arrive; notifications via IG/EMAIL will be sent. Customers may choose refunds or equivalent product exchanges.
色差问题 / Color Difference Issues:
不同的光线/角度/显示器差异/分辨率可能导致色差。
Different lighting/angles/display differences/resolution may cause color differences.
尺码问题 / Size Issues:
由于手工测量，尺寸可能存在1-3cm的误差。
Due to manual measurement, sizes may have an error of 1-3cm.
人工测量可能存在轻微误差，属于正常现象。
Manual measurement may have slight errors, which is a normal phenomenon.
